Who We Are

Makersecurities Windows & Siding is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Miami and the Miami area with independent providers for window replacement and siding installation. We do not do the work. We do not employ the installers. The provider you speak with runs their own business and answers for their own work.

Why This Site Exists

Windows and siding face every storm your home sees. When they fail, water gets in quietly. In a humid place with almost daily summer storms and a long hurricane season, a small gap can turn into rot, mold and stained walls.

We built this site as a calm starting point. It gives you clear steps, safe habits and a path to a local provider. It also looks past install day. Upkeep decides how long new work performs.

How Matching Works

You tell us what you need. Window requests are for two or more windows. Repairs are not part of this service. For siding, you describe the walls and what you notice.

We pass your request to a provider in our network who serves your area. That provider contacts you, asks questions and may visit to measure. Availability varies by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are asked to:

• Give a quote in writing
• Explain materials, flashing and sealing in plain words
• Pull permits when local rules require them
• Keep the work area safe, including ladders and glass
• Answer your questions before and after the job

Providers are independent. Ask each one to show their license and insurance, and check them yourself.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not install, repair or remove anything.
• We do not set your price or write your quote.
• We do not promise a start date. Providers set their own schedules.
• We do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You are not charged by Makersecurities Windows & Siding for the introduction. Any price you pay goes to the provider, and it should be in your written quote.

Plan the Upkeep

A good install is the start, not the finish. After the work, walk the outside of your home each season. Look for cracked caulk, gaps at window edges, lifted siding and stains. Spot it early, and a small fix stays small. Ask your provider for a short care sheet.
